Step 1
Add the banana and avocado to a blender or food processor . Measure and add the cinnamon, followed by a liquid of your choosing (Water, floral hydrosol, a veggie juice like carrot, or a non-dairy milk like soy milk). Avoid acidic liquids, such as fruit juices.
Step 2
Blend to create a smooth paste then transfer to a small bowl.
Step 3
To use apply the mask to a clean face with your fingers
Step 4
Let the mask sit for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Step 5
Tip: The cinnamon in your spice rack has a secret - it's great for plumping skin, including lips! Mix a little with coconut oil and dab into your mouth for a fuller look.
