- Step 1
- Measure the dried and comfrey and add it to a clean, dry lidded jar. Pour in the olive oil, then replace the lid and shake the jar to completely coat the comfrey.
- Step 2
- Let the mixture sit in the sunny spot for 7-10 days. Give it a shake every so often. After its time in the sun, strain the comfrey out the oil with cheesecloth.
- Step 3
- Finely chop the parsley - it's high levels of vitamins C and K gives this recipe its spot-erasing superpowers - and add 1 cup (40 g) to the bowl, then measure and add the baking soda. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Step 4
- Transfer to a container with a lid and keep in the refrigerator. To use, apply a thick layer to the backs of your hands and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Gently massage when rinsing to exfoliate, then moisturize.
