- 1/ Combine rice flour, turmeric, honey and milk or yogurt in a small bowl, and stir with a spoon to make a paste. Feel free to add in more milk or yogurt if the mixture is too thick. 2/ Apply the mask toyour face and neck with clean fingers, avoiding the eye area as always. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes. 3/ Remove with warm water and a washcloth, wiping gently to remove. (Remove yellow discoloration from turmeric with a gentle foaming cleanser) 4/ Finish with a moisturizer. Tip/ No time for a full-on mask? Just massage the mixture over clean, damp skin, moving up to your chin in small circles. Then rinse and moisturize.
